Dr. Stephan Ruppert
Intercultural Trainer, Lecturer, and Manager
with International Experience
My understanding of intercultural communication goes beyond textbooks and academic contexts. As a manager, I have led teams internationally for over 20 years and have experienced firsthand how enriching cultural diversity can be—and how exhausting and stressful it becomes when results must be delivered under pressure.
From 2012 to 2015, I established a research and development center for a global cosmetics company in Wuhan, China. During that time, I discovered my passion for intercultural communication and my fascination with China.
I combine this practical leadership experience with well-established intercultural and communication models. This results in training programs that go beyond theory and can be directly applied to real-life situations in the day-to-day international workplace.
